Returns & Exchanges

At PANE Official, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if your piece isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all PANE Official tags attached to ensure the garment remains in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
