"NO-GI" is a unique construction of the PANE shoe model. The original meaning of "GI" comes from the Judo uniform, while "NO-GI" represents the form of Judo performed without constraints, focusing more on direct physical contact and expression.
The "NO-GI" structure is deeply inspired by the concept of "no uniform," adopting a deconstructive aesthetic perspective. It eliminates traditional linings, similar to shedding the judo uniform, reshaping the natural connection between leather and feet.
Inspired by the essence of the night, the woven construction transforms solid black into a dynamic surface. Each intersection creates a subtle, hidden texture that adds depth to the monochromatic design.
 
DESIGN & CRAFT

• Texture & Material: The upper features woven leather for a distinct three-dimensional texture, complemented by suede accents at the toe for a refined, multi-layered aesthetic. A mesh lining is integrated to enhance structural support and breathability.
• Sole System: Equipped with leather-faced insoles and 5mm Ortholite cushioning, paired with a cork midsole and lightweight rubber outsole for superior comfort and stability.
• Silhouette: A slender profile with a contoured arch, creating a sophisticated and elegant streamline.
• Laces: Features 4mm Natural White Waxed Flat Laces and 3mm Natural White Round Laces for versatile styling.
